GOOD-NEWS: I bring you Good News about Jesus the Messiah - Mark 1:1

This is the Good News about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God. It began just as the prophet Isaiah had written: “Look, I Am sending my messenger ahead of you, and he will prepare your way. He is a voice shouting in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the LORD’s coming! Clear the road for Him!’” Mark 1:1-4

LIFE-TRANSFORMING TRUTH

• "But how can they call on Him [Jesus the Messiah] to save them unless they believe in Him [Jesus the Messiah]? And how can they believe in Him [Jesus the Messiah] if they have never heard about Him [Jesus the Messiah]? And how can they hear about Him [Jesus the Messiah] unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!'” Romans 15:14-15

Prayer
For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ Jesus, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes, to the Jew first and then to the Gentiles. I remember the day, Lord Jesus, when my friend Javier shared the Good News about You that saved me from my dark pit of hopelessness. Thank You for using Javier as a messenger of the Good News to prepare my heart to believe in You and confess You as LORD. Use me to be a messenger of good news to someone today, overwhelmed by bad news that is causing fear and despair, weakening their faith. Holy Spirit, please prepare the way to their heart so they believe in Christ and experience salvation. Hosanna in the mighty name of Jesus, the Messiah.
