COMPASSION: Jesus cares for you with a deep compassion - Mark 6:34

So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place. But many who saw them leaving recognized them and ran on foot from all the towns and got there ahead of them. When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, He had compassion on them, because they were like sheep without a shepherd. So He began teaching them many things. Mark 6:32-34

Living Truth
"The LORD is my Shepherd; there is nothing I lack. He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He renews my life; He leads me along the right paths for His name’s sake. Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff — they comfort me." Psalm 23:1-4

Praise & Prayer
The reason I am who I am today, Lord Jesus, is because of Your deep compassion for me. My heart is filled with gratitude for Your unwavering care and unfailing love. Thank You for being my Shepherd and Overseer of my soul who loves me, teaches me, knows me, sees me, leads me, and is always with me when I go through dark valleys. Holy Spirit, please guide someone along my path today who resembles a sheep without a shepherd and is being preyed upon by the devil. Use me to strengthen their faith in our Shepherd, Christ Jesus, who laid down His life to save us. Hosanna, in Jesus' mighty name.
