CLEANSED: You have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ - 1 Peter 1:2

God the Father knew you and chose you long ago, and His Spirit has made you holy. As a result, you have obeyed Him and have been cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. May God give you more and more grace and peace. 1 Peter 1:2

Living Truth:

• "But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." 1 John 1:7
• "But Christ was sinless, and He offered Himself as an eternal and spiritual sacrifice to God. This is why His blood is much more powerful and makes our consciences clear. Now we can serve the living God and no longer do things that lead to death." Hebrews 9:14

Prayer & Praise
What can cleanse me of all my sinful impurities and restore me to wholeness? I confess that only Your shed blood, Lord Jesus, cleanses me from all sin, shame, and condemnation. It is Your sinless and precious blood that permits me to have fellowship with God and enter His throne of grace, where I find mercy, peace, and help. Thank You, Abba Father, for choosing me and making me holy [set apart] by Your Spirit. Stir me, Holy Spirit, to follow the footsteps of my Lord Jesus and demonstrate my love for God by doing His will. I ask in Jesus' mighty name.
