Why was I born with disabilities and why must I suffer?

Today's Prayer
All things work together for good to them that love God. Lord Jesus, please help me accept the physical or mental trials that You allow and use that the works of God might be displayed in my life. Deliver me from having a judgmental spirit when bad things happen to people. Give me a heart of compassion for the sick and disabled. I ask this in Your blessed name.
