Glory - 2 Corinthians 4:17

Bible Verses About Glory (click HERE)

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 NIV

Prayer to fix my eyes on Jesus

Mine eyes shall see eternal glory. Teach me O Lord, to fix my eyes upon You instead of my momentary troubles that You use to strengthen my faith and shape my character. Deliver me from pursuing recognition or temporal glory and stir me to be a loving soul winner for You in the marketplace. I pray in the name of Jesus, my Savior. Amen.
