A Prayer for Perseverance
Jesus loves me and He will never abandon me. Lord Jesus, I'm reminded by this promise that You are the living Savior who will never leave me nor forsake me in time of trouble. Teach me to persevere in the faith and not to doubt or lose heart by relying upon You instead of myself when I feel crushed, perplexed, persecuted, or discouraged. Holy Spirit, guide me to someone today who is heavy laden and use me to help lead them to faith in Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
