Prayer to hear the voice of the Lord Jesus

Let me hear Your voice Lord Jesus that brings peace to my soul. Holy Spirit, help me to identify and remove any barriers that keep me from hearing the voice of my Lord Jesus. Like Jacob, teach me to mark the places that help me remember what and where the Lord has spoken to me. Stir my heart to be a doer of God's word by being obedient in doing His will. Guide someone across my path today who feels troubled and needs to hear the voice of Jesus as I share Bible promises that You bring to my remembrance. In Jesus’ name I pray.
