Unfailing Truth
- "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets before you." Matthew 5:11-12
- "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I will also keep you from the hour of testing that is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth." Revelation 3:10
Prayer & Praise
Who shall separate me from the love of Christ? Shall trouble, or distress, or persecution, or poverty, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? No, in all these things I am more than a conqueror through You, Lord Jesus, who loves me and strengthens me to keep pressing on. I am confident that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate me from God's unfailing love that I have through You. Holy Spirit, please fill me with a spirit of perseverance and courage when I am hated, ridiculed, or persecuted for the name of my Savior, Jesus. Abba Father, I pray for Christians in countries like North Korea, Somalia, Libya, Eritrea, and Yemen who are hated and murdered for believing in Jesus or for owning a Bible. Please honor their courageous faith and remind them that great is their reward in heaven. I ask in Jesus' mighty name.
