Prayer to exercise the power and authority I have in Christ Jesus

Through Your power and authority Lord Jesus I will trample down Satan, the wicked adversary of my soul. Teach me Holy Spirit how to live and use the power Christ has given me to resist and overcome the devil when he rises up against me. Guide someone across my path today who has given place to the devil in their life and is under a stronghold of depression. Use my care to open their heart to Jesus who has the power and authority to set them free. Save them in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
