Prayer for today

No matter what trouble I face, it is You, Father God who is always present to deliver me from every Goliath that revolts against me. Train me Holy Spirit to call upon the mighty name of Jesus when I feel overwhelmed with the stressors of life. Help me to trust in God 's promises and not to doubt even though what I see may not look hopeful. Guide someone across my path today who feels desperate and is confronting a crisis. Use me to point them to Jesus who has the power and authority to deliver everyone who calls upon His Almighty name. Amen
