Prayer to be lifted from my pit of despair

I am grateful to have a loving Father in heaven who is always present to lift me up when I get knocked down. Thank You, Lord God, for being with me in all of my ups and downs. I see how You are developing my character to be more like Christ and strengthening my faith in seasons of trials. No matter what I may face today, I wait upon You and know You will come through for me. Guide me Holy Spirit to someone today who is experiencing a personal crisis and feels depressed. Use my care to lift their soul as we wait upon the LORD and pray in Jesus' mighty name. Hosanna!
