CSP: You are Called, Sanctified, and Preserved in Jesus Christ - Jude 1:1

Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ. Jude 1:1

• The meaning of Called: "To be chosen by God for His specific purpose."

• The meaning of Sanctified: "To be 'set apart' for consecrated service." 

• The meaning of Preserved: "To be kept alive and protected from ruin."

Here I am, Lord God, before Your presence to thank You for calling me and choosing me to be a servant of Jesus Christ. So grateful am I for the new life I have received from You through Your beloved Son. Please set me apart and use me as You see fit. I surrender my life into Your hands and trust You to preserve and protect me in Christ Jesus until I depart from this earth and have the joy of seeing You and my Savior face-to-face. I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
