WORD: The word of God increases and multiplies - Acts 6:7

The word of God increased and the number of the disciples greatly multiplied in Jerusalem. A great company of the priests were obedient to the faith. Acts 6:7 NKJV

POEM: "GOD'S WORD" by Cindy Wyatt.
I love God's Word more than fine gold
for it renews me when my heart grows cold.
God's word gives me understanding and light
and makes my spirit soar to a new height.

Great riches are in the Word of the Lord
It is my strength, my shield and sword.
A lamp unto my feet and pathway
Showing new wonders day by day.

Sweeter than a honeycomb and so pure
Every word faithful and true to be sure.
Meditating on the Word to stay alive
The spiritual food to feed on and thrive.

Praise & Prayer for God's word to increase in my life.
I cannot thank You enough, Abba Father, for the countless blessings I received by meditating, trusting, and obeying Your Word. Lord Jesus, I praise You for being the Word of God who became flesh and revealed the Father to us. You are the Word of God who is perfect, life-giving, light-giving, hope-giving, true,  trustworthy, infallible, unchanging, and eternal. I remember how Your word increased hope in the heart of my mother as she battled cancer. I remember how Your word grew hope in the hearts of my daughter and family when my son-in-law suffered a horrible motorcycle accident. I remember how Your word penetrated the darkness in my soul when I was lost and felt hopeless. I recall how Your word saved the criminal who hung next to You on a cross and asked You to remember him. I ask You to please increase Your word in my life so I can be a powerful witness and spiritual influence to my family and people in the marketplace who have never read the Bible or trusted in You. I pray in Your Wonderful Name.
