In the church at Antioch, there were some prophets and teachers. They were Barnabas, Simeon (also called Niger), Lucius (from the city of Cyrene), Manaen (who had grown up with King Herod), and Saul. These men were all serving the Lord and fasting when the Holy Spirit said to them, "Appoint Barnabas and Saul to do a special work for me. They are the ones I have chosen to do it." Acts 13:1-2 MSG
Quote: "Jesus Christ has chosen you to be His messenger and given you a special mission in life. Your future is secure. Whether you fulfill His mission and reach His desired destiny is your choice."
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for choosing me just as You selected men like Barnabas and Saul for a special mission. I am not left out; I am wanted. I am not worthless; I am precious in Your sight. I am not a loser; I am a victor through You. I am not a waste; I am a chosen vessel of honor. Holy Spirit, please use me this day to be a vessel of hope to a lost soul who feels worthless and is being told by the devil that they are a piece of trash. I pray for their deliverance and salvation in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, my Savior.
