A few days later Felix (Governor of Judea) came with Drusilla, his legal wife, a Jewess. Sending for Paul, they listened as he told them about faith in Christ Jesus. And as he reasoned with them about righteousness and self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was terrified.“Go away for now,” he replied, “and when I have a more convenient time, I’ll call for you again.” He also hoped that Paul would bribe him, so he sent for him from time to time and talked with him. Acts 24:24-26 LB
Prayer & Praise
Lord Jesus, I humbly ask that You use me to positively impact the faith and life of a family member, government leader, business owner, septic, or homeless person who is faithless or in pain. I praise You for the valuable lessons on walking by faith that You continue to teach me, just as You did with Paul. Holy Spirit, fill me with the courage to always honor and proudly proclaim my faith in Jesus. Guide someone across my path today who is seeking answers, much like Governor Felix, or struggling in their faith. I pray for their salvation in Jesus' Mighty Name.
