LIFE: You will be raised to life because of Christ - 1 Corinthians 15:21-22 CEV

But Christ has been raised to life! And He makes us certain that others will also be raised to life. Just as we will die because of Adam, we will be raised to life because of Christ. Adam brought death to all of us, and Christ will bring life to all of us. 23 But we must each wait our turn. Christ was the first to be raised to life, and His people will be raised to life when He returns. 1 Corinthians 15:20-23 CEV

Infallible Truth: "I assure you: An hour is coming, and is now here when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live [for all eternity]." John 5:25; "Truly, truly, I tell you, if anyone keeps My word, they will never see [eternal] death.” John 8:51; "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord." 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Praise & Prayer
Heavenly Father, I realize death is a reality for me and all humanity due to Adam's disobedience. However, I believe death is not the end of the road, as Your word promises. Lord Jesus, I kneel before Your presence to thank You for coming from heaven to absolve the wages of sin, destroy the powers of darkness, and remove the sting of death through Your crucifixion and resurrection. I trust in Your infallible Word that You will raise me from the dead to everlasting life. Holy Spirit, please guide me to someone today who is near the gates of death and fears it is the end. Convict their heart to believe in Christ Jesus, who offers the hope of eternal life through faith in Him. I pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, our Savior.
