SALVATION: The LORD will save you from afar - Jeremiah 46:26

“But do not fear, O My servant Jacob, And do not be dismayed, O Israel! For behold, I will save you from afar, And your offspring from the land of their captivity; Jacob shall return, have rest and be at ease; No one shall make him afraid." Jeremiah 46:27

Eternal Truth:
  • "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3:17
  • "This is a trustworthy saying, worthy of full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the worst. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life." 1 Timothy 1:15-16
Praise & Prayer
I worship and thank You, Loving Father, for sending Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to save me, a sinner who was afar and deserved condemnation. As I read this promise You gave Jeremiah for Your servant, Jacob, the people of Israel, I'm in awe of Your longsuffering, which expresses Your heart's desire to save people who have turned their backs on You and rejected Your precepts. I come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Christ and ask You to please use life's challenges or blessings to turn the hearts of my family members and friends back to You and save them.
