COMPASSION: The Lord Jesus is moved with compassion for you - Mark 1:41

A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If You are willing, You can heal me and make me clean,” he said. Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” He said. “Be healed!” Instantly the leprosy disappeared, and the man was healed. Mark 1:40-42

• "So then, since we have a great High Priest who has entered heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to what we believe. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but One that has been in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin." Hebrews 4:14-15

Prayer
No one has ever shown me compassion as You have, Lord Jesus. I kneel before Your presence as this leper, knowing that You see my pains, and are touched by the feelings of my infirmities. If you are willing, please cleanse me and heal me of my sinfulness, which is like leprosy consuming my hope and strength. You are my Savior, who turns my brokenness into wholeness and my sorrows into joy. I pray in Your mighty name.
