PRAYER: Your prayer life has power - Mark 9:29

Afterward, when Jesus was alone in the house with His disciples, they asked Him, “Why couldn’t we cast out that evil spirit?” Jesus replied, “This kind can be cast out only by prayer.” Mark 9:28-29

Praise & Prayer

Because of Christ, Heavenly Father, I can now approach boldly and confidently Your throne of grace, where I find mercy and help in time of need. Lord Jesus, I praise You for teaching me that my prayer life is a key indicator of my faith and reliance on God's Omnipotence. Holy Spirit, please teach me to make prayer a daily way of life, not just when I face a crisis or feel attacked by the devil. Prompt me to ask if I can pray with family members or friends I interact with who open up and share their pain or struggles with me. Guide someone across my path today who is being tormented by an evil spirit. Lord Jesus, please hear our cry and come to their rescue as we pray for deliverance in Your mighty and powerful name. Amen.
