GREATNESS: If you want to achieve greatness, you must be the servant of all - Mark 10:43

So Jesus called the disciples together and said, “You know that those regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their superiors exercise authority over them. But it shall not be this way among you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be the servant of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:42-45

LIVING TRUTH

• "In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to His own advantage; Instead, He gave up His divine privileges; He took the humble position of a servant and was born as a human being. When He appeared in human form, He humbled Himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated Him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:5-11
• "When Jesus had finished washing their feet, He put on His clothes and returned to His place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” He asked them. “You call Me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I AM. Now that I, Your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than His master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them." John 13:12-17

Praise & Prayer
Please give me a servant's heart like Yours, Lord Jesus, that seeks to wash the feet of others. I worship and praise You for teaching me and all who follow You that heaven's way to greatness is not about titles, position, authority, power, or wealth—it's about being a servant leader who embodies a mindset like Yours. Abba Father, I wholeheartedly declare that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory and honor of Your name. Holy Spirit, please give me the opportunity today to serve someone Jesus wants me to care for and help. I ask in Jesus' mighty name.
