CARRIED: You will be carried by the Holy Spirit - 2 Peter 1:21

Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. 2 Peter 1:20-21

Powerful Truth:

• "When they bring you to be tried in the synagogues or before governors or rulers, do not be worried about how you will defend yourself or what you will say. For the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say." Luke 12:11-12
• “I still have many things to tell you, but you can’t handle them now. But when the Helper comes, the Spirit of Truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won’t draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen and, indeed, out of all that I have done and said. He will honor Me; he will take from Me and deliver it to you. Everything the Father has is also Mine. That is why I’ve said, ‘He takes from Me and delivers to you.’ John 16:12-15

Prayer:

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who carries me, guides me, teaches me, and helps me abide in Your living truth. I believe in Your prophetic and infallible Word because You are the Truth humanity seeks. Carry me, Holy Spirit, when I feel weak and discouraged. Fill me with Christ's fearlessness so I keep pressing ahead in proclaiming God's prophetic Word, the Good News about our Wonderful Savior, until I reach the end of my days here on earth. I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
