God fights for me-Nehemiah 4:20

Does God fight my battles? He sure does. I face battles every day of life that results in defeat or victory. The verse of the day proclaims a faithful truth that "God fights for you." Nehemiah instructs the Jewish families to join together and seek God in prayer when they hear the trumpet call. The key to victory in my life is being on the winning side with Jesus Christ. Jesus disarmed the powers and authorities of darkness, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. He conquered sin, death, and the devil to make me a winner. Today, you and I can be trumpeters for Jesus Christ that help people join Him when they are defeated and want a life of victory.

Prayer For Victorious Christian Living

Faithful Father, I needed to hear these words of encouragement today and thank You for fighting my battles. Help me to be still and not lose heart. Make me a trumpeter of the gospel who rallies others to join in prayer in times of need and trial. If You O LORD are with me, no one can ever defeat me. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, my Savior. Amen

I'm grateful to my Lord and humbled to have experienced an abundant and full life that was only possible by abiding in Him. It's difficult to put into words just how grateful I am for God's salvation. When I was 18 years old and lost all hope, Jesus came to my rescue. I'm so thankful that I've been able to experience the power and presence of the Holy Spirit from the moment I accepted Christ and decided to follow Him. The Holy Spirit has been my Helper, Teacher, Comforter, Counselor, and Guide in teaching me to be like Jesus and relying on Him, until my last breath. I fought the good fight and learned that living for God, serving Jesus, and loving people has eternal rewards and zero regrets. To live for Christ is unimaginable gain and glorifying God is what matters most in life. Apart from Jesus, nothing else made much sense to me in life, and nothing else the world offered was worthy of my life's investment. To die in Christ is not the end, it's the doorway in Eternal Life through the power of His resurrection. I'll see you in a little while and pray to see you in heaven. Hector Perez.
