Prayer for Perseverance in hard times

The Lord gives me strength to persevere. Dear Lord, please give me a Spirit of perseverance to endure the tough times that may be ahead. I pray for families in Arkansas and Korea who are persevering through severe grief with the lost of loved ones. Increase my determination to in the midst of outer conflicts that I may finish the race of life without losing sight of the eternal hope that lies ahead. Lead me to someone today who has given up and needs renewed stamina. In Jesus' name I pray.
