Prayer for today about forgiving 

It is Your forgiveness Lord Jesus that gives me hope and renews my faith. Thank You for Your sacrificial love and ceaseless mercies that are new every morning. Holy Spirit, give me the strength to forgive the wrongs of others by remembering how much Christ has forgiven me. Lead me to someone today who is unforgiving and keeps replaying past wrongs in their head that Satan uses to depress them. Use me to be a source of encouragement and guide me in sharing the wonderful power of Christ's forgiveness that sets us free from Satan's lies and resentment. In Jesus' mighty name, I pray. Amen
