Praise & Prayer of thanks for Children

I praise You, gracious Father, for the great blessing of children. I see Your unique fingerprints of love, joy, humility, authenticity, honesty, sincerity, grace, tenderness, and compassion in my children and grandchildren. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for teaching me the importance of looking for the precious gold (worth) in my children instead of looking for the dirt (their mistakes). Holy Spirit, please help me grow in being a spiritual influence to children by being Chirst-like in my conduct. Convict me if I am being a stumbling block or an offense to a little child. Grant me an opportunity this day to make a child of God feel significant through my acts of kindness and words of encouragement. Use me to help point them to Jesus, who loves and adores all the little children of the world.
