After His (Jesus') suffering, He showed them that He was alive with many convincing proofs. He appeared to them over a period of forty days, speaking to them about God’s kingdom. Did not the early Christians have all the facts?
Look inside the Bible’s pages and you’ll see.
The second baptism is for you and me.
In Acts 18, Apollos knows the baptism of John.
Aquila and Priscilla teach him more thereon.
They teach him the second baptism is true.
It’s not a teaching from out of the blue.
Even Jesus was baptized by the Spirit.
If He needed it, shouldn’t we come near it?

Search the Bible on your own.
The Holy Spirit is no more on loan.
He can be yours with additional power.
Just ask, and God will guide you up the tower.
The tower of truth is yours to behold.
There’s no need for your faith to grow cold.
Praise & Prayer of thanks for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit
I praise You, Lord Jesus, for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. For so many years, I was ignorant of the great price that You paid on the cross for the sins I committed that separated me from God and left me feeling hopeless. I no longer feel distant or detached from You or God because the Holy Spirit teaches me how to live in the truth of Your great victory. Holy Spirit, please continue to help me grow stronger and deeper in my relationships with God, Jesus, and the body of Christian believers. Fill me with Your life-giving power so I can be a fearless witness of Christ's resurrection, love, and hope to someone today who is immersed in shame and feels irreparable. Lord Jesus, please allow them to experience the baptism of the Holy Spirit as we call upon Your mighty name.
