What's one way that you have grown to be more like Jesus?
Then we will no longer be like babies. We will not be people who are always changing like a ship that the waves carry one way and then another. We will not be influenced by every new teaching we hear from people trying to deceive us—those who make clever plans and use every trick to fool others into following the wrong way. No, we will speak the truth with love. We will grow to be like Christ in every way. Ephesians 4:14-15 ERV
Praise & Prayer
My utmost desire, Lord Jesus, is to constantly improve and be like You in every aspect of my life. Holy Spirit, please teach me to be an ardent learner of Jesus so I grow and develop into a steadfast disciple of Christ by studying and obeying God's holy scriptures. Fill me with a spirit of discernment to avoid being deceived by the devil's lies or false teachers who contradict the Bible. Help me this day to practice what I preach by speaking the truth in love and striving to honor the precious name of my Savior, Jesus Christ through my actions at home first, then in the marketplace. I pray in the mighty name of my Savior, Jesus Christ.
