SALVATION: The Lord's patience has led to your salvation - 2 Peter 3:15

And consider the patience of our LORD [His delay in judging and avenging wrongs] as salvation [that is, allowing time for more to be saved]; just as our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given to him. 2 Peter 3:15

Eternal Truth:

• “And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.” 1 John 4:14
• “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
• “Therefore He [Christ Jesus] is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” Hebrews 7:25

Praise & Prayer:
I remember the night, Lord Jesus, when You came to my rescue and saved me from my pit of hopelessness. The moment I asked You to come into my heart, I felt an inexplicable peace. I kneel to thank You for Your patience, which I now understand was the result of my salvation. Please use me, Mighty Savior, to care for someone today who is full of doubts, fears, and self-condemnation. Holy Spirit, give me the words to say that point them to faith in our Lord Jesus, who died on the cross to save the worst of sinners and patiently waits to hear them cry out, "Save me, LORD JESUS." I pray for their salvation in Jesus’ mighty name. Hosanna!
