NEW: A new heaven and a new earth are coming - 2 Peter 3:13

But we are looking forward to the new heavens and new earth He has promised, a world filled with God’s righteousness. 2 Peter 3:13

Eternal Truth:

• "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,’ and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away. And the One seated on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Then He said, “Write this down, for these words are faithful and true.” Revelation 21:4-5 
• "For behold, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind." Isaiah 65:17
• "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea." Revelation 21:1,27

Prayer:

All things are made new by Jesus Christ. Abba Father, this promise fills my heart with fullness of hope as I anticipate the new heavens and the new earth You will create, a world filled with Your righteousness! Hallelujah! Thank You that in Christ's Kingdom to come there will be no more tears, no more death, no more sorrow, no more pain, no more sickness, no more hate, no more violence, no more evil, no more lies, no more deception, no more Satan, and no more sin. I trust in Your perfect and eternal plan of salvation, made possible by our Lord Jesus Christ. Please guide me, Holy Spirit, to someone today who feels hopeless and is blinded by the devil. Use me to point them to faith in Christ, who makes all things new! I pray for their salvation in Jesus' mighty name.
