Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. Pet. 1:3
Prayer
With Jesus Christ, there is always hope. Thank You Lord Jesus for loving a sinner like me and filling my heart with everlasting hope. When everything around me crumbles and falls, please remind me that I always have living hope regardless of my circumstances because You are with me and will never fail me. In Your precious name I pray
I asked for strength that I might achieve;
He gave me faith that I might obey.
I asked for health that I might do great things;
He gave me grace that I might do better things.
I asked for riches that I might be happy;
He gave me poverty that I might be wise.
I asked for power that I might have the praise of others;
He gave me weakness that I might feel a need of God.
I asked for all things that I might enjoy life;
He gave me life that I might enjoy all things.
I received nothing I had asked for;
He gave me all that I had hoped for.
