David said about Him (Jesus): “I saw the Lord always before me. Because He is at my right hand, I will not be shaken." Acts 2:25 NIV
Definition of unshaken: "Not disturbed or moved from a position or belief; not weakened."
POEM: "You’re Always There for Me" by Joanna Fuchs.
When the world comes crashing in
And chaos rules my mind,
I turn my heart to you, Lord,
And pure, sweet peace I find.
You lift me out of trouble
You comfort me in pain;
You nourish, heal and cleanse me,
Like cool, refreshing rain.
In times of joy and bliss,
When things are going right,
You lift me even higher,
And fill me with delight.
You listen to my prayers;
You hear my every plea;
I’m safe (unshaken) because I know
You’re always there for me.
When the world comes crashing in
And chaos rules my mind,
I turn my heart to you, Lord,
And pure, sweet peace I find.
You lift me out of trouble
You comfort me in pain;
You nourish, heal and cleanse me,
Like cool, refreshing rain.
In times of joy and bliss,

You lift me even higher,
And fill me with delight.
You listen to my prayers;
You hear my every plea;
I’m safe (unshaken) because I know
You’re always there for me.
Praise & Prayer to be Unshaken
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for leaving heaven to come and live in a fallen and shaken world that You long to save from eternal condemnation. I praise You for being victorious and remaining unshaken amidst great persecution, extreme hate, wrongful accusations, and tremendous suffering. I'm blessed to know that no matter what tribulations I face now or in the future, I will not be shaken because You are my right hand. Please help me, Holy Spirit, to keep looking to Jesus and not weaken in faith in situations that cause fear or make me anxious. Remind me to immediately pray and cast all my cares upon the Lord Jesus, who fills me with His peace when I rely upon Him. Guide me to someone today who is shaken and feels like giving up on life. Holy Savior, please me to be a source of stability and care as I point them to You and pray in Your Almighty Name, amen.
