PATH: The Lord makes known to you the paths of life - Acts 2:28

You have made known to me the paths of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence. Acts 2:28 

POEM: "THE PATHS OF LIFE" by Margaret Cagle

I walked the path of loneliness.
I carried my burden of sin
Until I surrendered it to Jesus,
And He gave me peace within.

I walked the path of happiness
With new-found salvation and joy.
I wanted to tell salvation's story
To every adult, girl, and boy.

I walk the path of a servant
As I do service for my Lord.
I want to serve Him more and more
As I seek no earthly reward.

I walked the path of sorrow
When dear loved ones passed away,
But Jesus walked along with me,
And His comfort with me did stay.

I walk the path of watchfulness
As I watch for Jesus' return.
I will walk the path to Gloryland.
To be with my Savior, I yearn. 

Praise & Prayer to walk in the paths of life

Thank You, gracious Savior, for going to the cross of Calvary to destroy the powers of sin and death. I come with joy into Your holy presence to praise You for opening the paths of life for everyone who believes in You. I will spread the great news that YOU are the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Holy Spirit, please guide someone across my path today who is blinded by the devil and has no clue about the paths of life. Use me to help point them to faith in Christ Jesus, our Savior. I pray in His mighty name.
