Praise & Prayer of Thanksgiving
I praise You, Gracious Father, for Your fervent concern and compassionate care. I am grateful for the glorious riches and blessings You've given me in Christ Jesus. I'm thankful for the countless blessings that I sometimes take for granted, like waking up, having sight, ears to hear, a tongue to speak, brain to think, a heart that beats, hair that protects my head, skin that covers my body, arms to hug, hands to serve, fingers to grip, feet to walk, lungs to breathe, lips to kiss, mouth to eat, clothes to wear, bed to sleep on, health to work and play, and the list goes on and on. I trust in Your infallible promise, which assures me that You are the source of endless provision. Holy Spirit, as I celebrate Thanksgiving with loved ones, stir me to demonstrate a heart of gratitude that encourages family and friends to look to God for their needs and confess Christ Jesus as their LORD. I pray in the mighty name of JESUS (God saves), AMEN.
