Yahweh (I AM): Yahweh is watching over you - Exodus 4:16-17

“Now go and call together the elders of the people. Tell them that Yahweh (I AM), the God of your ancestors—the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—appeared to you. Give them this message from me: ‘I have been watching over you and have seen what people in Egypt have done to you. And I have decided that I will take you away from the troubles you are suffering in Egypt. I will lead you to the land that now belongs to others—the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites. I will lead you to a land filled with many good things.’ Exodus 4:16-17 ERV

Lyrics: "WATCHING OVER ME" by Jason Upton
When I’m scared about the future
When I’m running from the past
When I’m restless in the present
Trying to make each moment last

When the fear of having nothing
Steals all my hopes and dreams
Remind me of the promise
Lord help my heart believe

You're watching over me

Jesus, You know all my troubles
Jesus, You feel all my pain
I hear You singing in the struggle
I hear You whisperin’ my name

'Cause You're watching over me...

Praise & Prayer
I praise You, YAHWEH for watching over me. If Your eye is on the sparrow, then I know without a doubt that Your eye is upon me. As I read this scripture, I am blessed to comprehend how You wanted Moses to know that You desire a personal relationship with each of Your children, just like You had with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Lord Jesus, I thank You for such great grace and mercy by bringing me into a personal relationship with You and our loving Father in heaven. Please guide me, Holy Spirit, to someone today who is suffering and facing a serious hardship. Strengthen their faith to turn and trust in the Lord as
I share this truth, "God is watching over you." I pray in Jesus' mighty name.
