Knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 1 Pet. 1:18-19
Prayer
Lord Jesus Christ, I believe You alone are the answer to all of my needs. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins and rising again from the dead to redeem me with Your precious blood. I belong to You and surrender my life into Your hands. I come before You as my Redeemer and claim the promise of Your word, that "whosoever calls on Your name shall be saved". As I come to end of 2009, I ask You to save me Lord Jesus from a life of defeat. Teach me to live in Your victory and overcome the powers of sin and evil in 2010 by relying on the power of Your precious blood. In Your wonderful name I pray.
